Working with us

Who builds your twin, and how we work.

A founding team from insurance, Formula 1 and critical national infrastructure. Every engagement starts small, on your real data, with results agreed up front. Born and built in Belfast.

Performance and risk are one picture.

We came to the same problem from two sides. In insurance, risk is priced on snapshots taken once a year. In Formula 1 and national infrastructure, performance is run on live twins that model every lap and every flight. Operations sit in between, judged in hindsight on both. We started Halō to give them one live picture of how they perform and what could stop them, built so every number can show its working.

How we work

Staged, measured, and yours to stop.

Each stage ends in evidence and a decision that's yours to make, so every gate is a natural funding milestone.

  1. Prototype on your assumptions.

A working twin on mock data shaped like yours, so your team reacts to something real from the first session.

  2. Proof on real data.

About eight weeks. Discovery confirms systems, definitions and thresholds; lower-sensitivity data connects first, and the core measures run on real records.

  3. The gate.

A joint review against results agreed at kick-off: go, go with changes, or stop. If you stop, you keep the findings and the evidence pack.

  4. Implement.

The twin goes into daily use, and forecasts are fitted on your data.

  5. Tested against reality.

Scenarios are compared with physical trials or real events, and the results go into an evidence pack for your board or funder.

Results agreed before work starts.

  • Matches your records. Our figures agree with yours for the same period.
  • Fully traceable.Any figure, picked at random, opens to its source records.
  • Answers the real questions.Your operations lead answers their key questions unaided, in minutes.
  • Forecasts that hold up.Disruptions flagged early enough to act on.
  • Scenarios that match reality.Predicted effects land within an agreed tolerance of the trial.

What we need from you

  • An operations leadto test our assumptions and each release, two to three hours a week.
  • A technical leadfor systems access and exports, about a day a week.
  • A data governance ownerto clear data in tiers, lowest sensitivity first.
  • An executive sponsorfor short fortnightly checkpoints, the gate and the readout.

Your data stays yours, and stays where you need it.

Minimum data.

Only the records the twin uses, set out for your security review before anything connects.

Where you choose.

Hosted in-region or inside your own environment.

Personal data protected.

People appear as pseudonymised IDs with roles; names stay with you.

Named access, fully traced.

Only named Halō people. Every figure carries its source system and record ID.

Returned or deleted.

All your data returned or deleted when the work ends.

Where your data lives Two deployment options side by side. Option A: Halō hosts the twin in your region; your systems connect in three tiers, operations and sensors, incidents and maintenance, then people and rosters, and personal data is pseudonymised to an ID and role before it leaves your environment. Option B: the same twin runs inside your own environment and nothing leaves. In both, only named Halō people have access and every access is logged. OPTION A Hosted in your region YOUR ENVIRONMENT YOUR REGION · HALŌ-HOSTED TIER 1 Operations TIER 2 Maintenance TIER 3 People ID · ROLE PSEUDONYMISED BEFORE IT LEAVES HALŌ TWIN One source-linked picture EVERY FIGURE TO ITS RECORD Named Halō people only Every access logged Data leaves your environment tiered and pseudonymised, and stays in-region. OPTION B Inside your environment YOUR ENVIRONMENT · HALŌ RUNS INSIDE TIER 1 Operations TIER 2 Maintenance TIER 3 People ID · ROLE PSEUDONYMISED AT SOURCE HALŌ TWIN One source-linked picture EVERY FIGURE TO ITS RECORD Named Halō people only Every access logged The twin runs on your infrastructure. Your data never leaves it.

The engine, the twin, the frameworksHalō.

A living picture of every complex operation.

We're building the engine that twins any operation where assets, people and places move together: ports and fleets, airports and venues, campuses and energy infrastructure. Each twin we build makes the next one faster to stand up, and brings closer the day when operations are run, funded and insured on what's actually happening.
